[Bug 1710654] Re: systemd 233-8ubuntu3 ADT test failure with linux 4.12.0-11.12

I need to check with ADT infrastructure team, that recent enough lxd is
in use for armhf testing that bumps inotify watch limit, and that the
limit is not too low. This has been coming up before.
