Ya, for sure.  There's lots  of  different ways  of getting it  done w
Steaks.   Growing up, my  dad always  prepped them in a cast iron
skillet and well done, so I just  thought i  didn't really  like steaks.
I came to realize, I really enjoy them and  there are lots of  ways to
prep them. Now I'm using an  immersion circulator and  doing a final
dear with cast  iron  or the searzall I  just ordered.
