I have had success  getting them to refund  orders (even auto renew
months) .  it will take  a couple of calls to CS because of  how
terrible and unknowledgeable they  are. As a future reference be sure
to order on a credit card  so if they give you any trouble you can do a
charge back (your debit card may have some kind  of protection  as well)
