Bug description:
  dpkg: ошибка при обработке пакета apport-gtk (--configure):
   проблемы зависимостей — оставляем не настроенным
  Настраивается пакет dnsmasq-base (2.75-1ubuntu0.16.04.4) …
  Отчёты apport не записаны, так как сообщение об ошибке указывает на повторную ошибку от предыдущего отказа.
                             При обработке следующих пакетов произошли ошибки:
