It looks like you removed some essential software for your Ubuntu system
to work.

I suggest you try the command below, but I'll have to mark this bug as invalid because it's not a problem in the samba software:

sudo apt update
sudo apt -f install
sudo apt install python-minimal

       Status: New => Invalid

  I encountered this error every time while installing any update.
  while installing caffe on my system i installed certain packages which are now causing priblem. kindly guide me to solve this.
