It might be worth considering demoting the package - added a bug for that, looking for feedback
before I make it an official request.

Title:
  Port system-config-kickstart away from pygtk2

Status in system-config-kickstart package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
system-config-kickstart and ibus-sunpinyin are the only packages
  keeping pygtk2 in Ubuntu main.

pygtk has been unmaintained upstream since around 2011. The way
forward is to port system-config-kickstart to use GObject
Introspection bindings. This also requires porting to GTK3.

For more information on GObject Introspection see:
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GObjectIntrospection
