[Bug 1738987] [NEW] /usr/share/calendar/calendar.ubuntu is missing releases

Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 16.04, `/usr/share/calendar/calendar.ubuntu` only goes up to
Ubuntu 14.10. It appears that this is fixed in Ubuntu 17.04, though even
its calendar file only goes up to Ubuntu 16.10.
