That is not at all related to the Code of Conduct. I'll go ahead and
change this to something possibly more appropriate, but you need to be
more clear about which programs and which software you're using to
install it.

  sometimes, when i try to install programs from the web, after i enter
  my password, the software installer shows 100% but it was not
  installed
