[Bug 1592551] Re: Debian Installer Rebuild fails in Yakkety

Good evening,

i finally found out what was going on there.

In apt.udeb/cache/archives there was also a libc6-xxx.deb . Dont know
where it came from. But it seems it came from "main" in
sources.list.udeb.local ..

After reducing sources.list.udeb.local to

deb [trusted=yes] copy:/usr/src/debian-installer-20101020ubuntu483.1/build localudebs/
deb http://en.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu yakkety main/debian-installer
deb http://en.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu yakkety-updates main/debian-installer
deb http://en.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu yakkety-proposed main/debian-installer

the fakeroot make build_netboot was working again.

Bug killed ;)

  Invalid

Bug description:
  Trying to rebuild debian-installer_20101020ubuntu458 in a chroot as i
  do it with all other Debian and Ubuntu Installers. Only with Yakkety
  it fails with file not found error on libc6.udeb .

  root at chroot:/usr/src/debian-installer-20101020ubuntu458/build#
  fakeroot make build_netboot

  
  ...


  Vormals nicht ausgewähltes Paket libc6:amd64 wird gewählt.
  (Lese Datenbank ... 928 Dateien und Verzeichnisse sind derzeit installiert.)
  Vorbereitung zum Entpacken von udebs/libc6.udeb ...
  dpkg (Unterprozess): neues pre-installation-Skript (/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/preinst) kann nicht ausgeführt werden: No such file or directory
  dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Archivs udebs/libc6.udeb (--unpack):
   Unterprozess neues pre-installation-Skript gab den Fehlerwert 2 zurück
  dpkg (Unterprozess): neues post-removal-Skript (/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/postrm) kann nicht ausgeführt werden: No such file or directory
  dpkg: error while cleaning up:
   Unterprozess neues post-removal-Skript gab den Fehlerwert 2 zurück
  Fehler traten auf beim Bearbeiten von:
   udebs/libc6.udeb
  Makefile:301: recipe for target 'stamps/tree-unpack-netboot-stamp' failed
  make[2]: *** [stamps/tree-unpack-netboot-stamp] Error 1
