Bug description:
  Binary package hint: debootstrap

  When running deboostrap from pbuilder in Maverick, creating the chroot
  fails as follow:

  W: Failure trying to run: chroot /var/cache/pbuilder/build/1049/. mount -t proc proc /proc
  E: debootstrap failed
