  the gurb has crashsed after the installation of the ubuntu 16.04.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I wads installing the Ubuntu 16.04, after the installation completed i
  got a message saying that the Gurb was crashed,and i will not be able
  to boot to this Ubuntu. so can anyone help me to recover this Gurb. Or
  any other suggestion to solve the problem.
