[Bug 1666705] [NEW] btrfs-debug-tree --uuid doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Running btrfs-debug-tree --uuid /dev/vdb returns only the program version, nothing about the UUID.
I can correctly see the UUID in the --root output and others but --uuid does not return that value.
