Hi,
there's no such folder in /var/log.
One reason I could imagine is that the system is not installed currently, but is in the "no default gateway" state. Is this folder created after a successful installation?
If so, I would have to add the default gateway manually and then look for it on the installed system

Title:
Default Gateway not set during installation if suggested value is
accepted
Status in Ubuntu on IBM z Systems:
New
Status in netcfg package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Description/Reproduction:
Installation was performed using a minimal Parmfile (ro locale=C). During the "network quiz" after entering IP address and Subnet mask, you are asked for the default gateway. If you confirm the correctly suggested value, the default gateway is not set. The result is that you cannot start the installer via SSH because the machine is not reachable.
Going into a shell and using the route command, you can see that there's no default gateway.

If you enter the default gateway during network configuration
manually, the gateway is set correctly and installation can be
completed.
