Actual ZZ version: 1.18.10

Glancing at the Debian changelog, shows a few regressions fixed
(introduced either with 1.16 or 1.18) and many improvements, mainly with
Perl.

ZZ has got the recent Apt version, but Dpkg has not been synced
recently; which should be good to get a better installation.
