Dimitri, Yes I think we can go ahead and add pike and queens.  Are the
autopkgtest failures related to the cloud-archive update?

Bug description:
  Please add support for:

     cloud-archive:ocata
     cloud-archive:ocata-proposed

  This will also need to be SRU'ed back to xenial.

  [Impact]
  End users have to manually enable the ocata cloud archive pockets.

  [Test case]
  sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:ocata
  sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:ocata-proposed

  [Regression potential]
  Limited - just a data item addition
