Title:
Dell Latitude E6440 does not suspend when disconnected from docking
  station with lid closed

Status in acpid package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
When the aforementioned laptop is disconnected from a docking station
with the lid closed, the system continues to run until the battery is
  exhausted.

I believe the correct behavior would be to suspend immediately as this
is a common use case for example when leaving work for the day.
