python-webencodings is a new dependency for python-html5lib which
itself is in main.
[Availability]
python-webencodings is already in zesty/universe
[Rationale]
It is a new dependency of python-html5lib, already in main
[Security]
There are no known security issues. As this is a new package, there is no history of security issues.
[Quality assurance]
We do standard autopkgtests for Python libraries in addition to built-time package tests. There are no known issues and as this is a new package, there are no bugs in Debian or Ubuntu. This is a fairly standard Python library as packaged from PyPI.
