[Bug 1655103] [NEW] Fonts not installed after package installation

Public bug reported:

I installed this package on my Xenial laptop and it works fine. However,
on my desktop this package, after accepting the EULA the path
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/msttcorefonts had no fonts in it.  I purged
the installer with Synaptic and installed it again and accepted the EULA
and still empty.  I tried multiple reboots and refreshing the font cache
manually. Because of this the fonts were not present anywhere in any
application. I had to copy the fonts from my laptop to get it working.
