  update-manager details window not properly sized

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  While update-manager (on ubuntu 16.10) is running..

  Opening the details window should give me a list of updating files.
  However the containing window is improperly sized. I can barely see one line of the list.

  See the attached screenshot as illustration of this bug.
