[Bug 1656652] [NEW] Try to install Xubuntu 16.04 over Ubuntu 14.04 (with / vlume formatting, /home - wasn't)

Use Ubuntu 14.04 with lastest updates over 2-3 years (from release). Now
want to migrate to Xubuntu 16.04.

When I try to install OS it show me an error in the end of the
installation and brake the process.
