[Bug 1659279] [NEW] Dont see plymouth when booting Alpha 2 Ubuntu Budgie ISO

Alpha 2 Ubuntu Budgie AMD64

Immediately after selecting Install Ubuntu Budgie (not the ubiquity
dialog but what you see after pressing esc immediately after boot)

I dont see the plymouth splash.

However after installation and reboot I do correctly see the ubuntu
budgie plymouth splash
