We do not really like the idea to install such kinds of additional packages by default, because not everybody is going to really make use of them and they would introduce a certain level of additional risk.
A bug in one of the packages would require a resin of the iso and other architectures don't require such add. packages for hardware assisted crypto.
Instead we may think about making that an additional task that is
visible in d-i?!

openssl-ibmca and libica2 (zcrypt) per default, or should propose it during install time.
This simplifies hardware crypto setup for customer
