Well  why are you eliminating foods like pasta and such? Cause I mean as
you see thats what apperatnly  makes you  bounces  back

Just try limiting then amount  i guess,  idk i mean ive lost weight to and ive never payed  attention to carbs and such so i  guess im  just confused
And  when you do  have stuff  like pasta  just throw  veggies in it
