You'll need to take this up with the provider of the packages which you
were installing, Kali Linux, as we the developers of Ubuntu have no
control over those packages.

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

  "nmap : Depende: liblua5.3-0 pero no va a instalarse"and now my Ubuntu
  has many problems to update

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I was installing some tools from Kali Linux because I want to try them. But, there was a big problem and the installation was cancelled. Now, even Ubuntu can't update it by itself. Appears this:
  ***
  Could not calculate the upgrade

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

   This can be caused by:
   * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

  This is most likely a transient problem, please try again later.
