Your /etc/apt/sources.list file contains only the following line:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial universe restricted
multiverse

This would seem to indicate you are running xenial, however the bug
description shows that you are running zesty. You need to fix your
/etc/apt/sources.list file so that you are getting packages for zesty
and you should probably enable zesty-updates and zesty-security. After
doing that then upgrade your system with the latest zesty packages and
then try the distribution upgrade again.
