People don't understand that now that creeps  are much stronger and
spawn less  frequently, stealing a camp is  much  more significant than
it used to be. Consider the  fact  smite soon will be up for your  next
camp as well. Bonus movespeed besides  making  it safer for you to still
also makes it safer  to deep  ward and also shortens time  wasted  so
you  can keep farming or gank

Saying  its a giveaway is stupid.  Its like  saying the gank smite is
giveaway for ganks. It  is a giveaway, but it doesn't mean you cant gank
