  zesty: udev/rules.d empty

Status in udev package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On zesty, i am surprised to see that /etc/udev/rules.d is empty. Is it
  normal?

  What is the procedure to set wlan name for example?

  should i copy myself /lib/udev/rules.d/60-vlan-network-interface.rules
  in /etc/udev/rules.d?
