[Bug 1696219] [NEW] After upgrading to kernel 4.10.0-22 unlock screen on boot keyboard stops working

I am using FDE and when I try and boot into the 4.10.0-22 kernel the disk unlock screen does not allow for keyboard input. 
Using shift at boot and going into the Advanced grub options and selecting 4.10.0-19 allows keyboard input at the unlock screen.
