This appears to be a bug unrelated to the ones we currently know about,
but unfortunately the logs attached to the report don't give a complete
picture. DpkgHistoryLog shows:
Start-Date: 2017-06-07 10:36:19
Commandline: apt-get --no-upgrade -o Acquire::gpgv::Options::=--ignore-time-conflict -y install grub-efi-amd64-signed
Install: grub-efi-amd64-bin:amd64 (2.02~beta3-4ubuntu2, automatic), grub-efi-amd64:amd64 (2.02~beta3-4ubuntu2, automatic), grub-efi-amd64-signed:amd64 (1.80+2.02~beta3-4ubuntu2)
Error: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
End-Date: 2017-06-07 10:36:26
DpkgTerminalLog shows:
Log started: 2017-06-07 10:36:19
Log ended: 2017-06-07 10:36:26
So dpkg has reported an error but there is no output from the grub
packages to suggest why.
And your /boot/efi directory appears to be fully populated.
If you run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' from a terminal, does this do
anything?
