This bug report shows that the shim package was being upgraded and at
upgrade time, detected that your system had dkms modules installed for
which changes were needed for the secureboot configuration on your
machine.  However, the package manager that you used did not allow the
shim package to prompt you about this.  Can you tell us how you were
doing this upgrade, i.e. what software you were using?
