After several attempts to install Ubuntu from the same USB stick, I succeeded doing so:
- downloading kubuntu-16.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso and burning a DVD-RW
- keeping the DVD in the player
- Stopping Windows but with the choice "Reboot" and pressing the Shift key all along the closing process
- When a blue start screen "Choose an option" pops-up, choosing "Open a peripherical device" then choosing "UEFI : DVD"
- installing Kubuntu with the standard process
- rebooting and discovering the GRUB menu with a choice between Ubuntu and Windows Boot Record

Every thing is fine now.
