Thanks for your rapid and useful answer.
I saw the boot message, but my mother card choose EFI mode, even if I put disk first.
Finally I used my entire disk (few data backed up before) with Ubuntu defaults partitions .
My home partition is on another disk, it works fine again,and I've just to re-install some packets.

Your disk is currently partitioned to boot in bios mode, but you booted
the installer in EFI mode. A warning message prompted you that this
could be a problem and recommended performing a bios mode install
instead, but you chose not to. You either need to perform the bios mode
install, or partition the disk using GPT and set up an EFI system
partition to install in EFI mode. This will be done for you if you
choose the "use entire disk" guided install option.

Install option : installing again only ubuntu (not destroying personnal data) on a SSD-disk with the same image (ubuntu-16.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso) (data destroyed in root environnement).
