To install crossbuild-eseential-$foo, one needs to:
1) enable $foo in dpkg
2) add apt sources for $foo arch
3) apt update.
The three apt lines look good.
Was arm64 added in dpkg? E.g. $ sudo dpkg --add-architecture arm64 ?
Note, I'm on xenial, and I can't remember if foreign architecture
handling in dpkg was done differently check your manpage.
Also why use trusty instead of xenial?
