[Bug 1700233] [NEW] When installing Xubuntu 17.04 in UEFI mode on a USB 2.0-Stick, the bootloader can not be installed on said device. Additional hdds in the system already have OSes installed. However, the stick should be able to boot on its own.

Public bug reported:

Installing Xubuntu from an USB-Stick (or DVD) onto another USB stick
fails, if the BIOS is in UEFI mode. Grub can not be installed then. This
happens in the 17.04 BETA as well as in the final ISO for desktops. -
Please have a look into it.

I can not provide much data due to the fact, that I am installing from
DVD/USB-Stick without the full GUI available.

Thank you.
