Bug description:
  I am running Ubuntu 16.4 64 bit it is running on it's own no windows
  at all. It seems like some one is trying to stop me from enjoying my
  Ubuntu enjoyment on all levels If I open up the dash it gets diangle
  lines and stops me from using it. Then I have to restart computer Also
  some how how ever is slowing down my pogo game play. also stops my
  download of updates and has stopped it to the point where I have to
  restart the computer to see if they went in or not and retry to
  download them again with terminal sudo apt.It's just stupidity ! My
  Charter server is no help .
