This will also entangle the cppunit transition with the ongoing hunspell
transition. Although maybe LibreOffice 5.4 will fix LibreOffice's i386
build which I think is the only thing left for the hunspell transition.

  This is required to build libreoffice 5.4.0 RC1.

    * New upstream release (closes: #861718)

    * move Maintainer to Debian LibreOffice Maintainers (with Steves
