[Bug 1669112] [NEW] Ubuntu 17.04 installation does not recognize md devices

There is not an option to create md devices

And mdadm isn't installed in the 17.04 iso when running from the live
image

root at ubuntu:~# mdadm
The program 'mdadm' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt install mdadm
