Bug description:
gconf has been deprecated for years and is not used in the Unity or
GNOME desktops. Whatever settings openjdk is trying to look up there
are probably invalid.
Also, openjdk is just about the only thing (see also LP: #1667195) pulling several other deprecated libraries into main:
gnome-vfs
libbonobo
libbonoboui
libgnomecanvas
libgnomeui
Since all of these are merely recommends, it doesn't seem like they're
even required.
Debian has a patch for this and analysis. See
https://bugs.debian.org/850268
The only other thing using gconf in zesty main is emacs25, fixed in
zesty-proposed (LP: #1669138)
