[Bug 1670192] [NEW] bash-completion for pylint is very noisy

Public bug reported:

kubuntu 16.10

GNU bash, Version 4.3.46(1)-release (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu)

pylint 2.0.0,
astroid 1.5.0
Python 3.5.2+ (default, Sep 22 2016, 12:18:14)
[GCC 6.2.0 20160927]

if I enter

pylint <TAB><TAB>

I get a list of 402 possible completions including python library files

but I have only one .py file in the current directory.

I wonder if this is useful for anybody at all. If somebody develops
library code, she will be in the directory for that code and normally
not be interested in any other libraries.

So I tend to believe this is a bug.

** Affects: bash-completion (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
