[Bug 1670537] [NEW] Hardware Lister Start Error

After fresh install from Ubuntu Sofware Center, Hardware Lister shows up
on the All menu on Xubuntu 14.04.  However, when selected it returns an
Error window that states:

Failed to execute command "su-to-root -X -c lshw-gtk".
Failed to execute child process "su-to-root" (No such file or directory)

Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
