[Bug 1672783] [NEW] Installation crashed at GRUB installation

Public bug reported:

Installing LUbuntu on a Tangent MiniPC.

I had the installation clear out the entire drive and re-create
partitions.  It set up an ESP partition, Root and Swap partitions.

I'm pretty sure I have UEFI turned off, but maybe not.
