[Bug 1673692] [NEW] there are many lines of "#padding" in /var/lib/dpkg/updates/0001

after sudo apt-get upgrade I try to intall git but it gives me error:
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
I upload the log and hope it can be helpful
