While performing partial upgrade, the following message appears:

"Can't install 'ubuntustudio-desktop'

It was impossible to install a required package. Please report this as a
bug using 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal."

=Steps to reproduce=

1. Open software updater
2. [After getting message that only partial update can be performed] Start partial upgrade

=Actual result=

Error message is displayed to say that ubuntustudio-desktop cannot be
installed

=Expected result=

Partial upgrade is completed. (Possibly no update available causes the
upgrade to fail?)

Ubuntu Studio 16.10
