[Bug 1675951] [NEW] d-i cannot be used on the D05 BMC KVM

The HiSilicon D05 platform has a BMC that supports graphical console
redirection via a Java applet. However, it isn't possible to use this
device for installation because the required driver (hibmc-drm) is not
available in the installer initramfs.
