[Bug 1676938] [NEW] ADT failure building lttng-moudles for ppc64el

dkms module build fails due to an internal compiler error:

gcc: internal compiler error: Killed (program cc1)

scripts/Makefile.build:294: recipe for target '/var/lib/dkms/lttng-modules/2.9.0/build/lttng-syscalls.o' failed

This failure was first noticed in ADT testing with linux 4.10.0-15.17,
however rerunning the tests with 4.10.0-14.16 failed in the same way
whereas it had previously built without errors.
