Right, so should we wait until that is fixed or at least the patch is
reviewed in Debian?

I would like FFes to say

  - what changed that means we should take the update
  - confirmation that you've built (! in this case) and installed the package fine
  - how you've tested it

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/patches/use_utf8_encoding.patch:
      - use utf8 encoding to be compatible with new tzdata versions
        (lp: #1473533)
    Fixed in 2015.7+dfsg-0.1 (debian bug #792192)

    * d/repack*: Add helper to repack orig.tar.gz without zoneinfo files.
    Fixed in debian/copyright Files-Excluded
