Your installation medium has a mix of xenial and zesty on it.  Before
reusing a USB stick to install another release, you need to clean it
first.

  I was installing ubuntu on my pc when some error appeared saying the
  operating system wouldnt be running due to that, something about grug
  package that was unable to load.
