[Bug 1690118] [NEW] check command fails when there are no -di packages.

Public bug reported:

When we kernel-wedge check a configuration which has no -di packages we
will incorrectly return a failure; exit 1. This is triggered by our
Ubuntu delta for the check command which uses grep to filter out the -di
packages specifically. When there are none this causes the package list
lookup to fail and triggers and early exit from the script (due to the
-e).
