Bug description:
  mirrors.cfg contains the following URL:

  http://ubuntu.wikimedia.org/ubuntu/

  It seems this URL should instead be:

  http://mirrors.wikimedia.org/ubuntu/

  If I am looking at the code correctly, I think this is fixed in the
  code already but has not made it to any releases. It at least has not
  made it to Trusty.
