  basic.css missing in python-reportlab-doc

Status in python-reportlab package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  /usr/share/doc/python-reportlab-doc/html/_static/classic.css tries to
  import basic.css, but there is no such file in the package. As a
  result, the documentation looks terrible.
